Dear Ira, I can only tell you from my personal experience that micronutrients really work. For about 3 years now I take the most important micronutrients daily and I feel healthwise better than ever. Of course, this is not only due to supplements. I work out regularly and eat quite healthy, but the supplements really did make a big difference. Of course, everybody is entitled to his or her own opinion. For me, the effectiveness of micronutrients is proven through experience.
