Dear Lady Jhershierra,

I am doing the sacred fire meditations for some weeks now, two times a day. I start with the portal opening #2 and continue with #1, asking at the beginning of #1 to build the protective sphere and to clear family lineage. It feels good and I activated a special crystal for this meditation.

I cannot report any breakthroughs or astounding experiences yet. I am in for the long haul. Although I am seriously meditating since 1992 with several techniques, my mind is not yet as still as I would like it to be. However, work in progress. Thank you.
