Excellent overview: It fits exactly with my personal experiences. Going keto for some days or weeks is nice for me, but I also prefer to eat more protein than fat during these periods. I have 2 questions though: What about exogenous ketones? They are becoming very popular but they did very little for me. I noticed hardly any effect. What about the Whitings Body Comp scale? Do I need the monthly subscription to use it or does it work without the monthly fee also? I am not fond of subscription services, I find this a kind of enslavement.
