Very informative, thank you. I personally consider collagen powder as a necessary supplement for people aged over 50 or so because the collagen synthesis declines with age and there is an upper limit to the synthesis of glycine in the body. I consider collagen more favorable than whey protein. What about insulin resistance? Thanks to all the sugar this seems to be a widespread problem. I know, this has little to do with proteins but I wonder what your take on this subject is. Kind regards
