What dosage do you recommend for Quercetin and Piperlongumine? Can you recommend suppliers in Germany? I think, after all I have to get that scale, enjoy your weekend...btw Quercetin lowers histamine levels too. Maybe that could be a contributing factor as well to its anti-aging properties
